Ready to meet new friends or renew old acquaintances in a relaxed and casual atmosphere? Then a Round Robin Dinner Group is the place for you!
Round Robin is a fun and social way to meet small groups of fellow parishioners while enjoying the opportunity to get to know each other on a more personal basis over a good meal and fun conversation. Round Robin participants gather in groups of 8 (4 couples, singles welcome) to share dinner in each others' homes 4 times over a period of 4-6 months. The dinners are potluck, and each couple takes turns hosting. The couple hosting provides the main course while the others in the group bring a side dish, appetizer, salad, etc. to accompany the meal. New groups start each spring, so by signing up your commitment is only for 4 dinner meetings over the course of several months. Participants are asked to make a commitment to attend all four dinners in order for the dinner group session to work. Not only is it fun to be part of this dinner group but it is a great way to foster community within our parish, and there have been many lasting friendships formed through Round Robin.
