Proclaim and convey God's holy Word as messengers sharing and serving in the work of the Lord's Spirit so that the Word challenges, confronts, and captures the hearts of His people so all will understand.

Provide lector training and materials to encourage spiritual growth as well as continuous improvement of speaking skills through prayer, practice, preparation, and retreats.
